Please be aware that our DVDs, which are called DVD-R, will play on virtually all new machines. We highly recommend Apex, Toshiba and Hitachi players; they are very inexpensive (Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club) and do a wonderful job of playback for our DVDs. We also recommend that you review the manual that came with your player to determine if it can play DVD-R disks.
So next order try DVD ! You'll love the higher quality.

DVD Policy:
If you find that our DVDs will not play on your machine, return the DVD to Propwash Video Productions in the same condition as you received it. We will test it and, if it plays fine in our players, we will replace it with a VHS copy of the same program and refund the price difference (if any) to you. If we find that the disk has a problem, we will replace it with another disk.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on DVDs.
