Welcome to the Triple Tree Aerodrome in Woodruff, South Carolina, for the 26th rendition of the largest Fun-Fly event in the world. With statistics indicating over 600 registered pilots, this year’s event produced the largest turnout ever.Our 4 flight line broadcast cameras were running all weekend to bring you the highlights
of this great event. Featured aircraft include Bill Hempel’s huge Clipped Wing Cub and turbine powered MD-11, Harald Mueller’s 210 pound (yes, you read that correctly) DeHavilland DH-2 Beaver, Ralf Losemann and Enrico Thaeter’s two J-10 jets with thrust vectoring, Quique Somenzini’s Turbo Toucan biplane, plus many others.
