SEFF 2011
Mac Hodges Airfield in Americus, GA. is the home of the premier outdoor electric event in the country. This year's show featured a wide variety of aircraft from around the country. Featured aircraft include: Steve Mills 727, John Morgan's Cutlass, Dave Blum's AH1 Cobra, John Bentley's Dornier DO217 and Gerry Armstrong's Duelist MKII ( Cover ).Many new products were introduced at the show including Horizon's new Zlin and Stryker F27Q. Plus Hobby Lobby's new Mig 29 with twin thrust vectoring tail nozzles. In addition to the conventional aircraft there were some unusual ones too, like Chris DeGraaff's 14 Ft six motor flying wing, Bob Norwood's Tricopter and Trent Wilhelm's B-17. Plus some really cool inflight footage of the showin this 2011 edition. From hordes of vendors to gaggles of warbirds and noon demos ,this show has it all. Total running time approx: 100 min.
